These numbers are staggering and what they mean to your medical practice is that whether you want to care or not, you really have to these days.

Everyone has heard the “Ms. Johnson” story. You know, the one that starts with a late arrival, ends with a “rushed” appointment and results in an outrageous review that leaves you fuming about why Yelp even exists.
